Summer 1: Superheroes
A huge thank you to all of Cedar Class for completing their topic homework. The first day back was a lovely opportunity to share our superhero soft toys and use our imagination to think about what super powers they might have!
We had a fun superhero morning where we made a badge and a passport for our superhero soft toy (as well as lots of other exciting superhero activities!)

In literacy we have been looking at the narrative 'Supertato'. We had lots of fun creating out own 'super veggie' which we are going to describe in sentences. This will hopefully develop the use of our imagination and help us to include adjectives and more interesting words within our writing.
For our DT we designed and made fruit smoothies.
We learnt how to cut using a knife and a claw grip or a bridge hold.
After all that hard work we got to taste our smoothies.
In literacy we wrote instructions about how to make a smoothie.
In geography we have been learning about the human and physical features of London and Bingham.
